• Once your order is placed, it heads straight into production and shipping.

• We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’re submitted.

• All sales are final. We don’t offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and a few photos of the issue so we can help resolve it with our supplier.

• Your details are kept private and only shared with our fulfilment and payment partners to get your order to you safely.
